1. Who we are
The data controller is Inside Diary. For privacy matters: info@aiassistant.website.
"Inside Diary" is a personal AI diary that runs in Telegram (bot @inside_diary_personal_bot and mini app), the "Service".
2. Data we process
- Telegram account data: your Telegram ID, name, username, interface language, obtained via Telegram's official authentication.
- Email — only if you voluntarily add one to your account.
- Diary content: your text entries, voice messages and their transcriptions.
- AI analysis results: extracted events, dimension scores (Body, Emotions, Thoughts, Feelings), summaries.
- Technical data: action timestamps, anonymised usage analytics, IP address (transient, for security).
3. How we use it
To provide and operate the Service; to run AI analysis of your entries and transcribe voice; to manage your account and subscription; support; security; and product improvement in anonymised form.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Performance of a contract (providing the Service); your consent (AI processing of diary content and voice); legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, improvement); legal obligation (payment records).
5. AI processing of entries
Automatic analysis of your entries is the core function of the Service. To transcribe voice and break an entry down into events and state dimensions (Body, Emotions, Thoughts, Feelings), entry content is processed by AI models:
- Where processing happens. We use open-source AI models. Processing runs via a third-party inference provider, to whom content is disclosed solely for processing.
- Service only. Entry content is used solely for transcription and analysis within the Service and for no other purpose.
- Model training. We do not use your entries to train AI models. We contractually require our AI providers not to use your content to train their models and not to retain it longer than needed to return a result.
- No selling, no ads. We do not sell your data and never use diary content for advertising.
Other processors: a hosting provider (data storage), Telegram/provider payment infrastructure (for subscriptions), and a web-analytics service (on the landing site). Each is engaged only to the extent needed to run the Service.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored on our servers. Traffic is encrypted (TLS), access is restricted, and service tokens are stored encrypted. No internet service is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards.
7. Retention
We keep data while your account is active. When you delete your account, entries and related data are deleted; backup copies are purged within 30 days.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawing consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise them, email info@aiassistant.website.
9. Deleting your data
You can delete your account and all entries from the mini app or by request to info@aiassistant.website.
10. International transfers
AI and infrastructure providers may be located outside your country. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure appropriate protection for the transferred data.
11. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
12. Cookies and analytics
The landing site may use analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can decline them in the consent banner.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
