Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using the Service, "Inside Diary" — a personal AI diary in Telegram (bot @inside_diary_personal_bot and mini app) — you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

The Service lets you keep a diary in Telegram by text and voice; entries are automatically analysed by AI, which extracts events, scores your state across four dimensions (Body, Emotions, Thoughts, Feelings) and shows trends.

3. Age

You must be at least 16 to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this age.

4. Account

Accounts are created through Telegram authentication. You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure and for activity performed through it.

5. Subscription and billing

• Plans: $4.99/month or $49.90/year — payable by card, or 270 ★ / 2700 ★ in Telegram Stars.
• 7 days free for new users; unless cancelled before the trial ends, a paid subscription begins.
• The monthly subscription renews automatically every month, and annual access renews once a year, until you cancel.
• Payment is processed inside Telegram in Telegram Stars.
• You can cancel renewal anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or compromise it, gain unauthorised access, or upload other people's personal data without a lawful basis.

7. Your content

Your entries belong to you. To provide the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store entry content, including sending it to third-party AI providers for analysis and transcription. We claim no ownership of your content and never use it for advertising.

8. Important disclaimer

The Service is a self-reflection and mood-tracking tool. It is not medical, psychological or psychotherapeutic care, does not diagnose, and does not replace a professional. AI can be wrong; do not make important decisions based on its output alone. In a crisis, contact a doctor or emergency services.

9. Intellectual property

The Service itself (code, design, brand) belongs to Inside Diary and is protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to it other than to use the Service.

10. Telegram

The Service runs on top of Telegram and depends on it. Your use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's own terms. We are not affiliated with Telegram and are not responsible for its operation.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inside Diary is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service anytime by deleting your account.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Operator's place of registration; disputes are resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
