Refund Policy

1. Free trial

New users get 7 days free. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you started a paid subscription (monthly or annual) and it wasn't a fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the first charge — no questions asked.

3. After 14 days

After 14 days, the charge for the current period is non-refundable. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime — access continues until the end of the already-paid period, and you won't be charged again.

4. Annual subscription

The same 14-day guarantee applies to annual plans from the date of purchase. After 14 days, refunds for unused months are not provided unless required by law.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@aiassistant.website with your Telegram username (or account email) and the payment date. We'll process the request within 5 business days and refund to your original payment method. Refunds go through the same payment mechanism used for the purchase.

6. Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there are signs of abuse (e.g. repeated refunds, breach of the Terms). Your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
